Michael S. Rozeff is a retired Professor of Finance living in East Amherst, New York. In this article he writes about the problem of systemic risk in the financial system. He says that

ruling politicians. The political system impedes social learning. That
system claims to be saving the economic system, but it is only vastly
increasing the systemic risk.
